Singing Cowboys on a Track in a Tourist Trap Restaurant

Once I had a dream about what must be the oddest restaurant concept ever. I was visiting a touristy "ghost town" set in the mountains somewhere, and went into a big restaurant for lunch, that served BBQ or something that fit the Western theme. It was divided into several dining rooms, done in old-timey style. However, all the rooms were very tall, 2-story tall, for a specific.

There was a train track running overhead around the permeter of each dining room and running through wall openings into other rooms. So, while you dined on ribs, a small band of country western musicians dressed up as cowboys would roll into your dining room on little platforms -- one for each member -- on the track, singing and playing the banjo all the while. Everyone in the dining room was subject to their playing as the platforms as they rolled slowly around the room before exiting to another room.

Does anyone know of any restaurants in real likfe like this? I already know about restaurants with little trains running overhead around the room, but not actual humans.
