One night I had a dream that seemed to be inspired by Dean Koontz novels. The dream involved stuffed bears that were alive and had human intelligence. They all looked like normal plush bears with plush "fur" varying from white to brown. Many of them wore little red knit ski caps.
Every night, they hung out on a sloping side lawn next to an an abandoned Marconi Grill restaurant. Every time a person strolled down the sidewalk by the place, they would taunt him or her, and then fade into darkness when the person turned to see who said that. Unfortunately, there wasn't much of a plot in this dream, but the atmosphere definitely had a very creepy vibe. I don't know if there are still Marconi Grills around, but i suspect I wouldn't be able to eat at one without thinking about these darned bears. :-)
