Since this is the month of tacky Halloween decorations and bags of little candies, it seems appropiate to post this dream involving a vampire.
A male vampire wakes up in his lair at dusk. Recalling that he has a date with a normal woman this night, he gets ready and then flies at high speed across the city (no idea what city) toward downtown. He hasn't changed into a bat or anything; he flies just like Superman, complete with super-speed. He lands at a high-rise condo building and goes up to a high floor. He knocks at a door and then lets himself in. (I guess he has been invited to this place before.)
He finds his date, a collage-aged white woman, in the middle of the room, still getting dressed with a towel wrapped around her head and an apologetic look on her face. He barks, "You're not ready already?"
This apartment is very peculiar. It appears to be just one big room with no windows, containing nothing but a big canopy bed. Except for the front door, all the whole walls are mirrors. But the walls are actually sliding doors like on a closet. Behind one wall is a kitchenette squeezed into a closet-like space (and not even like a walk-in closet). Another wall opens into a small, narrow bathroom with the toilet turned sideways to fit in the space and a very narrow shower. Yet another wall opens into an actual closet, and so on. You get the idea. I'm not sure id the design is the idea of the vampire (mirrors apparently don't bother him) or the woman or some out-there designer.
Unfortunately, the dream ends there -- otherwise, there might have been interesting developments.
